Mostly idle. When activated, they'll have 10-20 mins of web
interaction (which will have to be responsive) and then they can go
back to sleep.

Good question - I'm not sure (I'll have to justify the cost
irrespective of what it is). I guess 1K-3K. Expandability is important
so I can grow into more RAM, disk, etc. Leaving the second processor
slot empty might be nice.
