They will register domain for you and with hosting you have instalatron which can be used to install most popular cms'es, forums, etc. Including gallery. Prices are reasonable and you have plenty of disk space.

A friend is looking for reliable, inexpensive hosting which would give him
an .ie domain and a "constructor" for a simple site.
Nothing fancy - several pages and a modest photo gallery. (He also wants a
couple of videos but these can be placed on youtube and linked). But he does
not want to fork out money for Web design - a template to fill in would be
perfect.
Google Apps would fit the bill - if they had a gallery. Besides, one has to
pay for the domain and DNS hosting anyway; I suspect minimal site hosting
would not cost much more.
Any recommendations?
