 small experiences with acer:
I've been through two acer laptops in the past and not going near them again.
They seemed to become brittle after a while, in terms of the power
cable breaking,
screen stop working, disk failures etc.
that and the customer support is one of the worst I've ever
encountered. From
first finally acknowledging the screen issue to then being about 6
weeks from being
sent back after repeated calls to get it serviced and returned.
