Try and have a 'grab' early on, like show off some 3d effects, or something
like that, after that alot of people will be more enthusiastic about your
teaching.
Another option is to show them a package you just got from
shipit.ubuntu.comwith your completely free cd's.
Depends on what audience you have I suppose
