Which Irish web hosting companies are technically
competent and respect free speech?

It seems to me that "technically competent" means
they should

    use linux,
    
    allow access by
    
        http, 
        
        email, 
        
        ssh and 
        
        ftp, 
    
    and support a variety of applications like 

        gallery,

        wordpress and

        joomla and or drupal.

Likewise, by "respect free speech", I mean they
allow publishing without censorship, filtering,
surveillance or limitation.
