[ILUG] Rhythmbox and MTP

A quick question about Rhythmbox - its works fine but I don't have 
access to any of the configuration buttons on the plugins. Particularly 
I would like to access my daughters music player with the MTP plugins.

Now - the music player is connecting and I can see it with lsusb and 
mtp-detect and can connect with gnomad2 and Amarok. Rhythmbox works - 
well plays - but why are all the configuration buttons for the plugins 
greyed out? and I can't see the player in Rythmbox.

Distro - Ubuntu Jaunty

The player is a Creative Xen XiFi and I had to add a rule manually to 
udev rules for it to be detected.
