Hi folks,
Just a quick note about a new mailing list in town! After talking to a few people I've decided to set up a new group list geared towards Open Source developers in Ireland, across all technologies and platforms. I've just posted a roundup of the last month's goings on across the various Open Source groups on the ossdev-ireland group at http://short.ie/ossdev06dec2009
There's an open letter to you all at http://www.short.ie/ossdevintro explaining what the list is all about and I'd like to encourage you to join at http://groups.google.com/group/ossdev-ireland if this kind of thing is your cup of tea.
If you've got some related news that you'd like to share as part of the roundup then you can email it to me directly and I'll add it to the monthly news. And please feel free to start off any Open Source related threads you want on ossdev-ireland. It's there to share!
All the best,
Dec
