It's easily possible, but the question that has to be asked is why? Why pay
for line rental and power in the UK when there are plenty of service
providers that'll do it all for free?  I've used Simwood (www.esms.com) in
the UK for the last couple of years for free 0845 & 0844 (non-geographic
local call) numbers, transmitted via SIP and terminated on an asterisk box
in Ireland. They even support multiple concurrent calls. There's a long list
of international providers @
