The old saying goes: cheap, fast, good, pick any two. If you want fast
and good, I'd definitely recommend Rackspace for dedicated servers. You
get through to an actual techie when you call support as opposed to
someone with a checklist. I have three customer sites using Rackspace at
the moment and it's always a pleasure to deal with them (and no, I don't
have any connection to them, they offered my a reseller deal which I
turned down since I prefer to be able to tell people that my
recommendation is purely disinterested).
