Can someone explain how the clipboard works under gnome (CentOS5) and how,
if at all, it can be configured. Cut and paste truly sucks as it is now.
I expect to be able to select some text with the mouse and then use the
middle button to paste it somewhere. This fails completely if the marked
text contains characters like "'" (single quote). So, what is the magic
to make this work?
