[ILUG] Problem with WiFi camera and 64-bit WEP

[ILUG] Problem with WiFi camera and 64-bit WEP

Timothy Murphy gayleard at eircom.net

My two Linksys WVC54GCA Wireless cameras
link to my Linksys WRT54GL router fine if I have no encryption,
but I can't get it to work with 64-bit WEP.

I'm not sure if it is possible to determine why the router
turns down connection from the camera?
(I'm running dd-wrt on the router.)

Is anyone using this camera and router together?

I should mention that I'm using WEP because my wife's old Dell laptop
does not seem to like WPA, when she brings it home.

Any advice or suggestions gratefully received.
