searching on a search engine near you with this:

eircom netopia problem

may give some insight to the problem

however

wep is very easy to circumvent

just read the flaws section if you want amusement, warning if you 
thought that wep provided any more security than a Ceaser cypher in a 
room with people who understood how it worked, you will be shattered by 
the revelation that it is not
