That doesn't necessarily mean they'll actually get it.  Being something 
of a pessimist, I kind of expect several other Irish ISPs to cave in 
practice, of course, but they mightn't all do so, as per the irish times 
article:

Ronan Lupton, chairman of Alto, which represents telecoms operators 
other than Eircom, said the agreement “is not one enforceable on the 
rest of the industry given the direct nature of the action against Eircom”.
