The agreement / settlement is with Eircom. Period
IRMA had ample opportunity to liase with ISPs without going down the
legal route, but they chose the legal option
None of the ISPs have any interest in policing their users and if IRMA
et al want to go down that route they'll probably have to do so with
each and every ISP and it won't happen overnight
