Been with Smart almost 4 years now, been the best service ever,
unlooped from Eircom ever since and never looked back. Some quite
competent admins in there, support forum is great, phone support is
random but that applies to many ISPs. In short, love Smart, not
willing to leave them anytime soon (even if NTL/UPC provides better
package but I just hate their guts).
