Attachments are stripped, but if you would care to fire them up on a
webserver or put them somewhere online and post a link to them, perhaps
some kind soul would be happy to take a look and maybe point out what's
happening.
Do you happen to have the full text of the error message? Or is "Not
allowed access to system configuration" all you get?
