See what files your SUNWsmcmd package provides:

pkgchk -L SUNWsmcmd

About the other package, try browsing http://www.sun.com (I'm not
claiming it's a nice thing to do), and looking for the package. You
might need to register an account there.

I've never used smc, so I won't be of any specific help here. You
might go to www.sunmanagers.org and ask there. (Make sure to read
their FAQ first.)
