Now I have a FreeSAT box (kinda linux hippie as is free) and the quality
is outstanding.
Vastly superiour to the SKY in terms of picture quality (Humax PVR box).
(BBC HD is amazing, and just realised that the movies on ITV are also in
HD. Not tried the footie yet as only realised this the other day)
You could install a windows VM, and use that for Silverlight.
Naturally a 64bit with VT or AMD-V will be required for full
virtualisation. I see no reason why that wouldn't work.
