Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to put together this UNIX command. This is
my file structure:
directory/.dir
directory/subdir
directory/subdir/.dir
directory/subdir/sub
directory/subdir/sub/.dir
directory/anothersub
directory/anothersub/.dir
All of the .dir directories have contents as well. What I want is a
command that will move "directory" to "newdirectory" and leave out all of
the .dir folders, so that the contents of "newdirectory" will be:
newdirectory/subdir
newdirectory/subdir/sub
newdirectory/anothersub
Can anyone suggest such a command?
Thanks
