What particular flavour/distro of Solaris are you looking for? Or does it
matter?
BeleniX (belenix.org) is an OpenSolaris distro with a Live CD -- its ISO
can be converted to run from a USB drive -- there is a script called usbdump.sh
which can do this -- Doctor Google can probably find it.
