Hi Tim,
as a Hetzner customer (no, I don't get any cuts) I can highly recommend
them. I use about 3 or four of their boxes, and it just works.
Especially that they have a emergency image that you can boot into
(reset from remote), in case something goes funny.
I am german, so language is not an issue. Once I called in (we wanted to
have a soundcard installed into the machine) - very nice to get
connected within 1 Minute to a guy where you hear the fans of the boxes
in the background... ;-)
