I remember some time ago a thread about the implementation of ISP
snooping in Ireland (together with France, the United Kingdom and
Sweden) despite the opposition of the EU Parliament on the grounds it
could be illegal.
Anybody knows if this has been effectively legislated and is now in
place? Also, since I am sure that we have people from eircom and BT in
the list, what is the position of both companies?
Cheers,
Alvaro
