[ILUG] Reset to default

Hi all
A resent update to 2 computers running Fedora 10 has reset some setting
back to there install defaults - most annoying.
Found so far keyboard, language, auto-login.
Does anyone know of a list of settings that were to be changed
with the last update and most important how to stop it happening
again.
