Might not be much help, but I installed Ubuntu eeePC (now called Easy
Peasy) which makes the Ubuntu repositories available to you, including
all these things.
One thing to be aware of is that apache and mysql are rather heavy on
log writing and disk I/O, something you may want to avoid on a
flash-based memory system - so be careful not to unnecessarily shorten
the usable lifespan of your SSD by using these packages.
