[ILUG] Babcock and Brown nearly defunct

[ILUG] Babcock and Brown nearly defunct

Whatever about the efficiency of government management, at least there would
be an obligation to operate the business in the public good, which is better
than the current IPO > MBO > debt transfer debacle. Eircom since
privatisation has only served to make money for investors and saddle Eircom
with so much debt that it can't afford to upgrade it's infrastructure any
more.
