hi guys,
extremely slow POP3 in Dovecot. IMAP is as quick as it usually is.
happens in both Outlook and Thunderbird.
using telnet, I see that smaller emails download pretty-much immediately, but some larger ones don't even start, or
stutter along.
ie: in the list I'm testing, "retr 7" (a 7907B file) downloads quickly, but when I "retr 10" (a 130815B email),
/sometimes/ nothing at all happens and the session times out after a minute, and other times, the email is returned
/very slowly/ with long pauses every now and then (sometimes causing a timeout)
any ideas?
