A commission whose every action takes place behind closed doors. Where deals
are struck on behalf of the very worst sort of lobbyists without oversight
or reprimand. A commission whose budget has not been approved by the
auditors in, well, ever.
It is not democratic, it is the antithesis of same. Saying the Commissioners
are appointed by Democratically elected governments is a man of straw -
they are appointed. No-one has elected them to those positions of power,
they are answerable to noone.
This is not a Libertas opinion, btw, I look forward with expectation to
their imminent demise. Don't pretend that jsut because they are manipulative
scum that there is a complete absence of truth in some of what they say -
stopped clock rule.
