On the flip side, are there any institutions out there that have made a
change to F/OSS type software, either operating systems, or F/OSS
software atop Windows (e.g. Firefox, OpenOffice, etc.)
Would they be prepared to give a presentation about cost savings
realised, or otherwise? I'd be very interested to hear, and also
interested in providing a platform for discussion about this as
appropriate. If cost savings were not realised, or even if it ended up
costing more, I'd be equally interested in hearing about that.
