what a strange question...
of course you'll need to scroll if a web-page is higher than 600px (more
likely 500 or so to allow for the chrome).
Declan says he uses his on Youtube without problems, but on Youtube,
even on a very large screen if you want to read comments, you must scroll.
If you mean horizontal scrolling; most fixed-width designs are less than
800px wide. I've never seen a fixed-width design larger than 1024px.
