No need to use Ubuntu tweak to install it, CCSM is in the repositories.
Just type "sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager" to install
it.
Be careful though, Compiz isn't the most stable thing around...it's grand
with the basic settings but if you play around a lot with it you can start
to have stability issues. Hopefully they'll sort this out soon when they
finish off the rewrite that they're doing at the moment called Compiz++.
