Yep - your details of that 24-hour reset sound spot-on. However:
- I'm pretty sure the client had Static IPs.
- I'd guess they had the "business" product, but I just don't know.
And, like yourself, I've no idea what the current status is.
So - back OT again - if Kevin is using BT, or a "similar" service.......
