Folks can just add a talk to the schedule

or sign up on the day to give a talk, there is no LPI exams this time 
around, but there is a coding dojo and if folks want to give demos or 
perhaps if anyone from OSM want to do a mapping party to show people 
that's great.    If anyone wants to help out, we have a channel on 
freenode #ossbarcamp
