We are presently finalizing an agreement with the celebrated Linux community
spokesperson Jon "Maddog" Hall to undertake a bi-monthly community blog on
all matters pertaining to the LPI community. "Maddog" is enthusiastic about
this opportunity having been a longtime champion of LPI and professional
Linux certification. "Maddog" will seek out and write about the "story
behind the stories" at LPI, profiling individual candidates, training
partners, affiliates and others and telling their story in an in-depth and
approachable way. Please feel free to submit your story ideas for your
region to Scott Lamberton, Director of Communications (slamberton at lpi.org)
who will be assisting "Maddog" with this new community engagement
initiative. LPI plans to announce "Maddog's" new role at LPI at the
upcoming LinuxCon Brazil conference next week.
