This raises an interesting question -- is there a project for automatically 
generating a useful abuse report for everything about a mail like this?  Half 
of the problem is figuring out who the abusive IP addresses are from the 
message body (parsing the headers, and figuring out what is spamvertised), and 
the other half is finding out who cares that those IP addresses are abusive.  
I've seen lots of automated abuse reports, but not the code that generates 
them.  

Is this code out there, or is it a secret?
