Not for the first few minutes you wouldn't have, it was like being mugged by
post.
Didn't pay the bill - 5k when you know you were unconscious at the time is a
bit much - and they dropped it after a few phone calls so I think they found
whatever glitch generated the usage information.
But it was deeply unpleasant and I've no wish to go back to them.
