Interestingly, a report from the US Info Tech & Innovation Foundation

stimulous creates almost 7:1 indirect/network-effect jobs to every job in 
direct employment...

As Finfacts Ireland told us in 2009, `Ireland has a target to be 
recognised as a "world class knowledge economy" in  just four years time 
-- it will not be met.'
