I am also using PyKota on squeeze but I did install it a little
differently. I fulfilled all the dependencies from packages except for
pkipplib as it wasn't available which I downloaded and installed
manually. I also grabbed the latest version of PyKota from SVN and
installed manually. This is currently version PyKota v1.27alpha13.
Only other issue I had was unable to use pkprinter to route the job
through PyKota as it gave the error "lpadmin: Bad device-uri " and
instead had to manually edit printers.conf to add cupspykota:// to the
DeviceURI .
