Are you asking about hardware or software? I  assume by now all chips
support both 32 and 64 bit, and its the deciding on whether you install a 32
bit or 64 bit version of Debian that you have to do.  And with
virtualisation support on the chip you can even run 64bit guest machines on
a 32 bit host OS
