I wouldn't call that a win it is rather lack of defeat, the court after
all agreed with the music industry that the thing they want to do is
good and just and the only reason why they didn't grant them the right
to remove your internet access without suing you is lack of legislation.
Hopefully politicians would be wiser than the court and wouldn't agree
to change the law to suit music industry after all the companies try to
obtain policing rights that are now reserved for courts and Garda.
