Copyright theft is inaccurate term, after you steal copyright you should
have them so unless you got a copyright after the "theft" it cannot be
called theft of copyright, theft of copyrighted material is more sound
however word theft would indicate change of ownership which is not the
case you just create a copy without permission of the rights holder.
