None really, if you already ran a memtest, that is good enough. I
would still try to remove one of the ram sticks and run some more
test. I had a server like this which started showing defective RAM
only when tested one after the other.

Well, I would try again to install the previous ubuntu which worked,
just to rule this as a hardware fault or not. Also, I would possibly
try to update its bios, possibly using freedos if you cannot upgrade
directly on boot.
