Hey guys,
Our house phone (provided by UPC) has been out of service for the last
week with the line seemingly being constantly engaged. Called UPC a
week ago, they said it was a nation-wide problem that they were having
with their service and that I wasn't the only affected. All the home
phone equipment seems to be working and no settings have been changed
that would upset the working of the phone.
Called them again today and they basically refused to say anything
other than "we're working on it". Just wondering if anyone has had
this same problem in the last week or so and if so what their
experience has been
