[ILUG] IBM rack rails

Sigh.

I've just spent three hours trying to remove a set of toolless rails
from a rack without success. Has anyone used the new-style IBM rails
(the ones that fit in both round- and square-holed racks) and knows how
to get them out? Google is not being helpful.

I'm the one that put the rails in of course, but I can't remember how
they worked.
