Thanks Kae but I was trying to avoid going down the route of using phpBB or
similar.

I guess I was hoping that there would be dedicated software out there that
could do what I'm looking for. At the moment we're
using proprietary software from Orange Valley Systems but I'm trying to get
away from the proprietary software and on to something Open Source.

Thanks for the feedback though.
