I took a look at that Orange Valley Systems software to see what sort of
requirements you're looking for.
It seems like it could be easily achieved by using a LibreOffice
presentation? That's something a secretary could change because they
essentially already know how to use the software! It seems to have all the
'features' of this proprietary software, it's just not marketed as such an
niche purpose.
Honestly I'm amazed that people would pay for something that could be
implemented so easily with software that's in every business
(MSOffice/PowerPoint if not LibreOffice!)
