Why do you want to use Dedicated Software?
Personally in the situation you describe, if I were doing it from
scratch ( hardware wise ), I'd probably see about hooking all the
monitors into the same machine.
If you already have monitors in place, and computers hooked up to
them, then I'd pick a 'leader', put the notice up on that ( perhaps
using Libreoffice as suggested ), and VNC in from all the other
machines.
