Sorry for the off topic post. I need to speak to someone who knows
something about combating Cyberstalking. Specifically
dealing with Germany and Turkey (i.e. legal remedies, NGO's who help women
suffering from ex-bf's, and other unwanted
male attention via the internet).
Any help here would be gratefully appreciated.
