[ILUG] Ubuntu 8.04 LTS - should I upgrade?

 I suppose the subject line says it all.

 At the moment I’m running 8.04 LTS for my email and some other stuff on 
 a
 virtual server with hosteurope.

 They’re finally offering 10.04 as an option and I’m wondering if I 
 should
 upgrade.

 8.04 should be supported till 2013 and I’m happy with it. Have I 
 answered my
 own question or is there a good reason to upgrade??
