Yep - I think the ROS/CRO stuff might not be "trivial", and it might 
also be a bit tedious/boring...

I think the VAT tweaks should be quite small, especially for some of 
those UK partners who might have already worked on the OpenERP VAT 
mechanisms.

that is.. of course... if Frank D. has not completed them already! ;-)

Hmmm... interesting...

But, in case it's a whole waste of time, first we'd need to ensure that 
there's no other similar FOSS "Cloud" system out there with these 
features already implemented!
