I need to look at that, but I have spent 4 years working for epsilon, 
who have like 50% of the mass mailing market share of the planet. I have 
a pretty good grasp of the rules and regs and the features that are 
needed. OE has no understanding of those and supports what amounts to an 
illegal spam engine. Let me look at PHPList, but i'd be surprised if it 
was much different. The key here is to have a commercial offering that 
one interfaces with. (IMO)
